Gaddafi
The ICC has an arrest warrant for the Libyan leader Colonel Muammar Gaddafi. The Court had charged with crimes against humanity and attacks on civilians to order a rebellion against him began in mid-February. The Hague Court has issued warrants for two top aides, Colonel Gaddafi’s son Saif al-Islam and intelligence chief Abdullah al-Sanussi. Read more
