College Board
College Board is releasing two reports today on the young black and Latino men who find that relations continue to be measured less than white women and minority men to be educated. According to reports, 16% of Latin and the 28% of African-American men, ages 25-34 had received a Bachelor’s degree or higher during 2008, the figure was comparable to white males and 44% for Asian men, 70 percent.
