The crowd was a sea of red. The applause was loud. St. Louis, these fans are not stupid. They understood that Thursday could very well be the last day of the opening to Albert Pujols in the Cardinals uniform. A man was made for the festival that his worst race of his career. There 0-5. Worse, he killed his team on the field a career-high three works twofold.
Albert Pujols had an atrocious game Thursday, but I know he’ll be able to turn things around and post some big numbers this year! Go Cardinals!
