A Saudi student of conspiracy to target and from different places in the United States bombing defendant appeared to be a Texas court.
Khalid Ali Aldawsari M, 20, was arrested Wednesday and charged with the attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction.
The list of targets are allegedly under the house of former President George W. Bush in Texas.
