The 26-year-old singer poured herself into the incredibly low-cut frock for a party to celebrate the release of Purr by Katy Perry in Mexico City. There was only a thin piece of sheer mesh holding the plunging neckline together, giving onlookers an eyeful of her cleavage. The purple shade matched the colour theme of her latest business venture and the dress was emblazoned with sparkly diamantes.
